As more and more developers / iOS developers adopt MAC we have seen increasing number of developers as this question

What is the difference between:

/System/Library
/Library
and
/Users//Libary

The answers is as follows:

The first folder belongs toe the OS Base or root.

The second belongs to all Users ( common all libraries and fonts etc )

Third belongs to you alone as user.
